Unable to Sign document - Processing doc

My manager is unable to sign certain documents - he clicks on the signature field and the system just gets stuck on the processing doc screen. However, if I try and open the document there is no issue. He has also, rebooted his device and then been able to sign the document. So I'm confident the document is ok.

Any ideas on how to resolve long term as repeatedly rebooting his machine is not a popular solution!

Seems to be a browser specific issue.

Please clear Cache & Cookies form the web browser (prefer Google Chrome incognito window) and then try to Sign the documents.
