Unable to Sign In - Verification Error
Hello,
When I attempt to sign into the Adobe Sign service, I am asked to provide a verification code which I receive via email. However, once I enter the code I receive the message, "Sorry we are not able to process your request" along with an error code (ex. 171218070146142.app-a19, 171219072302811.app-a5). Please advise on the best way to proceed; thanks in advance.
