Unable to Sign In - Verification Error

Hello,

When I attempt to sign into the Adobe Sign service, I am asked to provide a verification code which I receive via email. However, once I enter the code I receive the message, "Sorry we are not able to process your request" along with an error code  (ex. 171218070146142.app-a19, 171219072302811.app-a5). Please advise on the best way to proceed; thanks in advance.

Sorry for the delay in response.

If you are still experiencing issue in signing in to your account, please try to use an alternate browser.

Clear the cache and cookies of the browser and use this link Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign to log in to your Adobe Sign account.

Try to open the link in the new incognito window in Chrome.

Check if that works.

If you still experience the issue in signing in to your account, please share the screenshot of the page where you receive the error message.

To share the screenshot, click on Insert image icon as shown below:

Then click on "Choose File" and browse to the location where you have saved the screenshot.

Select the image file and click on "Open". Then click on "Insert Image" tab at the bottom to add it to forum reply.
