Unable to Upgrade Adobe Document Cloud eSign ( formerly Echosign) as Global Trial User
I recently tried to upgrade my trial account and have been told that there is not record of my account based on the email that I log in to echosign with. This was confirmed to me by the sales manager in the Salt Lake City Office for Adobe without any resolution. I attempted to upgrade online through the dashboard but the link prompts me to contact sales. I've contacted support for echosign who prompted me to create an adobe ID and post the question through the chat line. I've done this and still no resolution.
