Unable to upload signed document

Question

Some of our clients prefer to sign the document manually and send back to us by email. Before this we can click upload the add the signed document. Now when I click the upload. Nothing happen. Please help.

Thank you for reaching out.

Please confirm if the issues started recently. Try clearing the cache and cookies for the browser. Also, try to open the website in the new incognito window on Chrome. Check if anything helps.

Let us know if the issue occurs with all the PDFs where you wish to upload the document. Or it is happening only with some.

More information would be helpful for further investigation.
