Unable to validate e-sign

No signature is detected in my pdf file neither does right clicking on the signature lead to signature validation options. I tried 'Use a certificate' under which 'Validate all signature' is greyed out.

Can you post the error given?  Or the document you are trying to have signed.

It seems that you are using the Acrobat or Reader desktop applicaiton to validate the signature. If the option is greyed out, could you please confirm if you have open the document in Acrobat Reader desktop application. 

Ensure that you are using the steps as suggested here: https://adobe.ly/3xjQdyf.
