Unique ToolTips for radio buttons

For accessibility purposes I customize the tool tips on radio buttons so the reader has a clear understanding of what each radio button represents.

While I can do this in Adobe Sign, Acrobat does not support this via the UI.

I'm trying to find a way to use text tags so that when I import my document with radio buttons, the customized tool tips are already configured.

Any ideas?
