update about signed document send to 2 members in our company

hi there, In my account for Adobe Sign, I would like to have all updates send to my mailbox ( from echosign@echosign.com about running files for signature ) also send to a 2nd mailbox in my company so my collegue can follow up the files as well.   Who can help me?
