Update agreement templates used with Salesforce

So I have been asked to update some agreement templates that are to be used in conjunction with Salesforce. I have never worked with Adobe Sign so I am not familiar how to do this. Do I update the templates within Salesforce? Do I login to the Adobe website to do the update? Can I upload the whole Word document to update?
