Update over the Christmas 2023 Weekend?
There seems to have been an update that completely screwed over our forms. On the "Prepare a form" side, it shows all text boxes & signature spots marked as REQUIRED, as they should be. (These forms have not changed since March 2020). Now all of a sudden, when I go to "Request signatures", 30% of the required text box fields and signature fields are no longer labeled as required. I have to go through and redesignate them as required. This is a 9 page registration form for potential clients- I don't have the time to redesgnate the required fields as such. What happened? Why did this change?
Also, I received the message "Unsupported fields have been removed from this document". So what happened between Thursday, 12/21/2023 and today? The fields were always "supported" before? This is enough to make me cancel our subscription.
