Updated password and now I can't use document sign

I want to sign a document in Adobe Acrobat Pro.

I have updated my password on the Adobe website. The password IS associated with the email I used to set up this digital signature and now when I try to insert a digital signature the program says says I have an Incorrect password. Help.
