Upload 2 Separate Documents in Adobe Sign and Have Them Separate without Enterprise or Business

You can upload individual documents to Adobe Sign (non-Enteprise/Business) but when you prep the document it combines them.  The new feature "Download Individual Files" in manage documents does not separate the combined document.  It downloads with a title "multidoc" but it is still one document and loses signature integrity when you try to split it.  My enteprise does not want to change Global Settings.  This should be an individual decision for all Adobe Sign users.

Attached is the setting for Downloading Indivdual Files, but it does not.  It simply downloads one PDF.

If the settings are not enabled at the account level, there is nothing much that can be done from our end.

You will need to check with your account administrator for this. Refer to the information provided in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/split-up-a-signed-document.html. 

As you have mentioned above, "The new feature "Download Individual Files" in manage documents." Could you please share the screenshot of the option you are referring to?
