Upload a signed copy no longer available

I no longer have the option to upload a signed copy on my Adobe Document Cloud account. Help please!

Has this issue been resolved?

We have users experiencing this same issue and we need to get these manually signed documents uploaded.

Is there a workaround?

Hi michelles35746650,

May I know from where you are trying to upload the file?

From Reader you can go to File > Save As...

and select Document Cloud storage to save the PDF.

The file has been uploaded and is out for signature using Adobe Echosign. There used to be an option to upload a signed copy in the manage menu, but it is no longer available.

I am having the same issue. However, I was able to do this on April 26 but am no longer able to.
