Upload during Workflow - Will others see the upload?

We have a mega sign workflow of about 5 people. We want the person in position 2 to upload a document, but the document needs to be visible to the 3rd-5th signers. Is that possible? Is it already visible? Signer 4 will not sign without seeing the CV first.

Megasign in this example would only be able to create 5 agreements send to one signer per agreement. 

Within one agreement using multiple files, you can hide documents from specific participants using Limited document Visibility.

though LDV does not work with megasign (as megasign only allows for single signer per agreement anyways)
