upload Error CSV file for Mega Sign for custom data field prefill

Question

Hi,

I want to distribute a file to clients to fill in and sign but i want to prefill some of the custom data fields I created such as customer ID number.

When uploading the CSV file I receive an upload error.

These are the only 2 in the CSV:

_email_es_:signer1:email	Company_ID
abc@gmail.com	prefilled test
test\|@mail.com	prefiled test ID

I also have a lot of other data fields in the file but these are not required to be prefilled.

already checked the name of the data field and this is correct

what is missing here?

i can't find any clear documentation online to help me out.

finally found the answerin europe Excel uses a ; delimiter and adobe sign only works with , delimiters.so when you open the sample file, adjust it and save it again it will use the ; simply find and replace the ; to , in notepad resolves the issue.Adobe still needs to provide a fix to also allow ; delimiters however
