Upload signature option not available to signer

Question

Wir haben die Funktion "Hochladen von Bild der Signatur" aktiviert. Aber beim Signieren wird diese Möglichkeit dem Signierenden nicht angezeigt. Muss ich noch irgendwo ein Häkchen setzen?

If you have enabled the option, the user should get the option. Please ensure that you have enabled the settings for the correct level.

Would like to inform you if you have enbaled the option after sending the document, then user might not get that option available.

Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the settings you have enabled for this so we can confirm?
