Uploaded a wrong document as "Signed Document"

Having sent an agreement for signatures, I have received the signature internally via Adobe Sign, whereas the external party has signed the document manually.

I wanted to upload the document as fully signed but have made a mistake and uploaded a wrong document.

Now I do not have access the half-signed document with internal signature.

Is there a way to cancel this upload?
