Uploading a signed copy after one signer has provided an E-Signature

We have many files that need to be signed by multiple people. If one person signs with an E-Signature and another person signs by hand and returns the wet signature to our office how can we upload a signed copy.  The "Upload a Signed Copy" option is no longer available.
