Uploading pdf problems

after uploading a contract in pdf to echosign the number fields have too many zeroes-what to do?

Never happened before and now that's all that happens...any suggestions?

    Hello,

    Is the document created in Acrobat and have conditions applied in the fields in it? If you can let us know how you created those number fields in Acrobat, that would be helpful to resolve the issue.

    I typed in the numbers like I have always done while filling in the other data fields.And on the other pages checkmarking boxes and later the boxes appeared emptyupon uploading...
