Uploading recipient list for a template to be sent to

Is there a way to upload an excel sheet or point to a google sheet that contains a list of receipents that we want to send a saved template to?

I'm picturing setting up an excel sheet where Column A contains the list of participant 1's email address, Column B contains Participants 2 email address, so on and so forth as needed.  We would upload this to Adobe Sign and then choose which template we would like to send to the particpants.  The form gets sent to Participant 1 for filling out.  If there was a Participant 2, it would go to them.

We have 500 people to send a form to.  Filling in one email at a time is very time consuming.

Hi assessment_9141,

Thank you for reaching out.

If you are sending the same document to 500 people, you can use the Bulk send feature in Acrobat Sign. There, you can create a CSV file, add details of multiple users, and save it for later use. For more information, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/49R6IBz.

To create a CSV file, refer to the steps here: https://adobe.ly/4r2h5t1

If you are referring to something else, please provide more details about the workflow you are looking for.

Feel free to let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
