Uploading Signed Document is not Allowed for User

Dear all,

I have tried to upload a fully executed version for a document that was approved but not signed, as the version sent for signature had been approved by all signors but lacked the fields for name and title of the signor.

I submitted the document for signature only via Adobe Sign so the fields could be added, without having to request the approvals again.

When I try to upload the executed version, however, the system says I do not have permission to complete this step:

How do I fix this?
