Uploading Signed Document To Client Server

Hi Team,

Is there are a way that once the document is signed, it can send the byte steam of signed file to a specific api from our end which can accept the byte stream and any other details like agreement details, and upload into our file storage network ? It is okay to have a copy on Adobe sign server and sent to the email listed, but we wanted to know if there are more capabilities.
