URGENT: Does Adobe Sign have personalized signing link feature?

We are currently using another e-signature platform - SignNow, which allows us to set up document templates for e-signing, in which we insert fields that we can repopulate via the signing link we send out.

For example, say we have a doc we want all our employees to sign, for them to confirm the data we have on file. What we would do is:

1) set up the form as a Google Doc, download to PDF, upload to the e-signing platform

2) convert this to a template, insert standard fields for signing & date, which the recipient will complete themselves

3) we also add special fields for data like FirstName, LastName, Address fields, contact number, date of birth, etc.

4) generate a signing link (for example: https://www.esigning.com/2387e2837/) which is unique to the template we have just set up

5) Then we add parameters to the above link which are customized for each recipient (for example https://www.esigning.com/2387e2837?firstname=John&lastname=Doe&address=My Road&city=Valletta&country=Malta)

6) We send the links out to each recipient, which when clicked will pre-populate the special fields from pt (3) above with the data passed through the parametric URL from pt (5)

7) The recipient then proceeds to complete the rest of the fields and signs the doc.

😎 Job done

Here are links to a working example:

First signing link: https://signnow.com/s/ZUb8qxwH?fname=John&lname=Doe&city=Miami&cntry=USA

Second signing link: https://signnow.com/s/ZUb8qxwH?fname=Jane&lname=Smith&city=London&cntry=UK

Hi Jpbarthet,

In Adobe Sign, you can create the templates of the document that you send often.

When you send the document for signature, signers receive an email with the link to sign the document.

Please refer to this help link Adobe Sign tutorials | Learn how to use Adobe Sign

As you have mentioned above the personalized signing link, you may check the Adobe Sign Widget.

I would suggest you try once try the Adobe Sign 14-day free trial and check if that works for you.

You may register for the Adobe Sign trial over here Free electronic signature, sign up today | Adobe Sign

Let us know if you have any questions or need any help.
