Use Salesforce Global Email Address to send Agreements from

When sending Agreements from Salesoforce, it currently sends from the User triggering the send. Is there a way to set the From Address to something different. Ideally it would be great if we could use a mailbox alreayd configured in Salesforce Organization-Wide Addresses,
