Used to be good - now slow and problematic

I signed up for Adobe Sign a couple of years ago and found it quick and easy to use.

I don't know what has happened, but lately I have had nothing but issues.

- Documents don't upload - just goes round and round

- Now it has started saying "Thumbnail not yet available"

It is wasting a lot of my time.  It does this in Firefox and in Edge.

No - I'm not downloading any more browsers.

When my sub is up later this year, it may well be time for a move to something that hasn't gone off the boil.

At least this is my experience - not that anyone will care!

As you are experiencing the issue when working with Adobe Sign on the browser, please clear the cache and cookies of the browser.

  • Once logged in, check the upper right corner of the page and click the question mark icon.
  • It will re-direct you to the page where you get the option to create the support case or to start a chat with the team.
  • If you've never logged in this way, use the forgot password option on the login link to set your password.
