User get message to change password when try to sign in

Hey, I hope somebody can help seeing how this is the only support for Adobe Sign which is mental.

 

I have been forced to change my password but unfortunately, I am being blocked from creating a new password by the page believing that everything I suggest is my name or email. It doesn't matter what I input I get the same error preventing me from progressing.

 

Any ideas how I can sort this?

Check if that helps.

Hey, sorry this did not help.

 

No matter what I input I have the same error of the password change telling me

  • not include your name or email address.

Any thoughts.

I had the same terrible and frustrating experience.

 

If you remove all the letters that appears in your email it works.

 

ex: bob@a.fr, you cannot have the following letter in your password: a, b, f, r, o.
