User Unable to Login
I have a user who is showing as ACTIVE and VALID, yet she can not log in. She receives the message "Invalid email or password, or account may be locked." I have tried resetting her password. She receives the email, changes her password, but is then still unable to log in. Adobe Sign support suggested that we try to load a different browser, but this did not solve the problem. I would appreciate feedback if anyone has experienced the same issue. Thanks!
