User with a pro account is still receiving a page limit email

My boss has an adobe pro account and should be able to sign documents over 100 pages however she still receives an email stating "We were unable to create your agreement LoA_02_2024_VIDS because your document LoA_02_2024_VIDS.pdf exceeds your page limit of 25." Any idea what could be causing this?

The issue has been resolved by reinstalling acrobat. Seems to have been caused by the pro plan expiring and the applications settings did not revert to normal subscription.

The user has a pro license and should be able to sign documents with 100 pages. However, the email notification is being received for a document with 27 pages.
