Using a template to sign on a device

I'm wanting to know if Adobe Sign is able to perform a particular function. I'm wanting to open templates I've made on a device, such as a tablet, and have them filled and signed by someone in person, rather than having to email it to someone. I know DocuSign has this capability. Thanks for your help!

This is definitely possible using the Adobe Sign app that can be found on the App Store for both Android/Google Play and Apple devices.
