Using Adobe Acrobat DC - I am trying to upload a signed document

In the past few weeks, I have been unable to upload a document that was signed outside of the AdobeSign environment. The customer printed the document physically signed it and emailed it back. We used to be able to upload that PDF to complete the signing process. I can't do that anymore. I would appreciate any help.

The issue has been resolved. The uploading of documents is working again, no need to upgrade.

I was chatting to an agent, it seems the feature to print and upload the signature is now only available with Adobe Sign for Enterprise. If you don't have this plan, you would need to upgrade in order to use the feature. This is a recent change.

@Melanie25314411ct25 thank you! I had received the same information from an agent last night. Disappointing - should probably be a note in the help docs about that 🙂

As an additional note, I can see the "Upload Signed Document" option, but when I select it, nothing happens.
