Using Adobe Professions Forms and Sign for a group of students

Hi all- This relates to Acrobat Forms and Sign: I teach a class which is court ordered. That means there are multiple documents that need to be filled out and then signed by each student and then signed by me. Other forms need just the student's signature.   Example: Mary has to fill and sign the Agreement form and then I have to counter sign it. Mark has to fill out the same form but it is for just him and me to sign. I would like to send the form to each student in the class for completion and signature. Mary fills out and signs her form. Mark fills out and signs his form, etc.  Each is a separate form for a single person. Is there some way for me to distribute one form to 5 people for each to complete, sign and return for my signature? I need the complete pdf back as each document must be filed in the student's masterfile.  Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi Kelley,

Thank you for reaching out.

As I understand, you must send one form to multiple individuals. So that they get a copy of their own form to fill and sign. Then you get each form to counter sign.

It is possible with the Send in bulk feature in Acrobat Sign. Please refer to the information provided on the following help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/mega-sign.html.

We have checked that you are using the Acrobat Pro DC team subscription, which includes the Acrobat Sign Individual plan.

The feature is available in the Acrobat Sign team, business, and enterprise plans.

For more information on features and plans for acrobat Sign, please refer to the following help page: https://www.adobe.com/sign/pricing/plans.html.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
