Using Adobe Sign with poolpost-adress as recipient

Hello, 

I need colleagues to sign my documents. There are always 2 signatures necessary. Before we have used Adobe Acroabt for signatures and I have sent links to documents, which have to be signed, to a poolpost-adress. Two of the colleagues have clicked on the link and have signed the document. 

We now want to use Adobe Sign as we think it might be faster. 

Can anybody explain me how Adobe Sign works, if the recipient is a poolpost-adress? Do I need to enter the poolpost-email twice as a recipient or how can I make sure that any two people can sign this document?
