Using Adobe Sign without Password Security

When you electronically sign a document with Adobe Sign, it applies password security to the document even though it is not password protected.

Is it possible to do that without applying password security? It creates issues with validation in eCTD systems.

I forgot to add if this also could or may be related to cloud storage services integration.

If you suspect this could be related, then disable those services

Hi,

See in the image below

ID verification  is normally defaulted to email, but you can check if your issue is related to the signing recipients added with password ID verification.

If that would be the case redo the Adobe Sign process for that document ensuring to mark each of the signing recipients to use email verification instead.
