using send for signature error

Hello,

When I'm trying to use the send for signature I'm getting an error "Could not send. An error has occurred. Please try again." I've tried multiple different ways and I'm still get the same response. I've been looking through the forums and cannot find the specific issue that I'm experiencing. Hopefully someone has the knowledge to assist me.

    I am getting this same problem. I can't send from Acrobat DC OR when I log in to the Adobe website. I tried speaking with chat and it's just frustrating. Why won't Adobe publish the steps to resolve this?
