Question
Using Signature Templates/Security
When I am using Adobe Sign at work, it is always for the same document, a contract that is sent to other businesses. I would like to set up a signature template to make this process faster but I have been told by management that, in order to keep the signer's information secure, I must send a new copy of the file.
My questions are:
- Is this even a concern? After running a test signature on the template, I was able to view (and send) the blank copy to another recipent, but I don't know if there is still a security risk going this route.
- Is there a way to apply a signature template to a copy of the same document, but not the exact same file?
Thanks!
