Using Word document as Agreement Template issue

Hi,

Is it possible to use a Microsoft Word document as a template for Adobe Sign in Salesforce? Then this is generated into a PDF? Or do all templates need to be PDF?

I have tried using a .doc file however it doesn't actually generate a file.

yes you can use any support file format by adobe Sign which inludes .doc
