Validation of Adobe Sign by ANSSI

Hi, 

I am requested by one of our bank partner to make sure Adobe Sign is acredited by ANSSI (Agence Nationale de la Sécutité des Systèmes d'Information) does any of you have this information as I can't find it in the adobe web site or internet ?
