Variable Company logo and one template (with Salesforce)

I have one Agreement template in Salesforce,  but depending on some variables on Salesforce the template will show one company logo  (from a universe of 10 different logos ). How can I do this if I want to manage and edit only one Agreement Template in Salesforce? Much appreciated any directions. Thanks!!!
