Verification Email does not Work

Hi,

I got an issue with the verification email. After signed up with Adobe Sign (from the link my employer sent me to fill out paper work), I received the verification email with activation link. But when I clicked on the link, they brought me back to the "Verification Require" page. I also clicked "Resend Verification Email" and it did the same. Do I have to do anything before I can access to adobe sign?
