Why did they ask about my ex-husband's age when we have been divorced for many years? I said I was unfamiliar with that name.  (Really he changed his name.)

Generally, the questions added for verification are entered by the account owner. 

Could you please let us know where you get the verification questions? Are you getting these questions on any Adobe platform?

It would be helpful if you could share more information.

I had to sign something for my bank sent via Adobe. I was asked several
verification questions with multiple choice answers. They asked me which
one was a previously owned vehicle and several other questions including
asking me to choose the age range for an ex-husband from quite a few years
ago.

If the bank sent the document via Adobe, would you mind sharing the screen where it asks for the verification questions? 

I would suggest contacting the bank for more information about these verification questions.
