Verify photo wont work

Question

HiTrying to very using Adobe sign. Doesn't matter what Id I use the software says it can't identify the four corners of the document.  I've tried dark backgrounds etc. Nothing working.  Easy to use on other verify systems.  How to bypass this fault?

It seems that you are trying to authenticate yourself to add a signature to the document. Could you please provide more details about the issue? It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot of the error message.
