Viewing All "Events" in Adobe Sign

I can view a certain number of Adobe Sign events as listed under "Recent Events"; I didn't realize that I can't do any reports without having a more expensive version of the software. I need to see ALL of the events, especially some of the earliest events in a not so large list of "events", but I can't see any of the early events (especially "was viewed by" events, as I can't scroll past a certain point. I know there are earlier / older events, but I don't know how to see them so that I can verify that everyone "viewed" or did not view the documents that were emailed to them for signing. Is there a way to do that (see early events / all events)?

Also, the portal indicates that Chat-based help is available (as well as telephone -based support) but I don't see anything on how to access either of those options. Chat would be awesome...
