    Hi @jmorrisSCL,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using Acrobat Sign.

This error is not caused by Acrobat Sign itself. It is a Salesforce-side CSRF protection error that occurs when Acrobat Sign is launched inside Salesforce, and the session or security context is invalid.

    This means:

    • Salesforce rejected the request

    • The CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) token Salesforce expected was missing, expired, or invalid

    • Salesforce blocked the page before Acrobat Sign could load

The mention of Visualforce confirms this is happening inside Salesforce’s UI framework.

Here are a few steps you might want to try:

Ensure cookies are allowed for Salesforce and Adobe Sign.

    For Chrome / Edge:

    1. Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies

    2. Allow third-party cookies or

    3. Add exceptions for:

      • *.salesforce.com

      • *.adobesign.com

This might work in most cases.

Let us know how it goes.

    Regards,

    Souvik
