"We have encountered an error while trying to connect"
I have been getting this error all morning and it is crippling my workflow! I contacted Adobe support via their chat on the online help page and it too had errors and I was forced to keep refreshing the page (4 refreshes in about 3 minutes), finally the chat person said he had no answers for my issues and if I would share my number with him someone form Adobe would call me, (it's been 30 mins and still no call). Long story short, online support was useless!
