Hi,

 

I have changed my adobe account emailadress now I can't login to adobe sign.

"We have encountered an issue due to possible Adobe Id change. Please contact your IT administrator or Adobe support."


Unfortunately I cannot contact the adobe sign support because first I have to login to adobe sign...

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using Acrobat Sign.

 

I checked the email address you registered on the community and saw an active profile with a Teams license for Creative Cloud. 

Is this the account you are trying to use and facing issues with?

 

If so, we recommend reaching out to your organisation's IT team to have the entitlement re-provisioned to your new account.

Once complete, you will be able to use the subscription without any issues.

 

If that is not the case, go ahead with reaching out to the support team and describing the issue to them. 

They will have the option to transfer your contact internally to the correct team.
