We were unable to create your agreement

I am using the Adboe Sign API, when I create an agreement the generated email states this:

 

We were unable to create your agreement [DEMO USE ONLY] myFileNameHere. Order Acknowledgement because we had a problem processing your document myFileNameHere.pdf.

This may only be a temporary problem. However, if you have tried more than once to create this agreement with the same document, please visit our online support system.

I have tried to contact support 2 different times today but no one seems to know what to do to get this fixed for me.

We have checked that you are using the Adobe Sign Developer account. 

I would request you to get in touch with the pre-sales team in order to check if the Integration settings are enabled for your account. If not, they will help you to enable the integration settings for your account.
