Web Form - Account Termination - Will it Still Work?

Question

Our organization has a multi-license account and is currently using the Web Form feature to allow non-organizational users direct access to our forms. If an individual Adobe online account/license is closed/terminated, does this cancel any Web Forms the user created? I created the Web Form that we are currently using, but it won't be a permanent solution if it no longer works when I leave the organization sometime in the future. Thanks!

Could you please confirm if the web form created is shared with other users in the group?

Also, confirm if you are the admin of the account. We will check with the team and share the correct information with you.
