Web Form: how to change tabbing order

Hi all, I have set up a PDF form with all the needed fields in place, and in the order I need them. I'm testing out the Web Form option, and the process re-orders the form fields. I don't see a way to change their order in the editing screen -- is there a way to change it?

Hi Blissful_Wave6673,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

You can change the form fields when you upload the Acrobat form to create a web form. After uploading and adding the signers, click "Preview & Add Signature Fields." It will take you to the window where you can add and change the form fields. For more information, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3WEnvSf

Let us know if you are referring to something else.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi Linda McGuire,

Thank you for reaching out.

As mentioned above, you are testing the web form that re-orders the form field in the document.

Would you mind elaborating on "re-orders the form field"? Do you mean the form field placed in order has changed after uploading the document?

It would be helpful if you could share the screenshot or the screen recording with us.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi,

I set the tab order on Adobe Acrobat but when I uploaded it to a web form, the tab order changed to something less intuitive. How do I change this tab order once it becomes a web form?
