Web Form Link

Want to place a link to to one of my docusign forms in my website.  I've been succesful in doing such, however I would like to have the link read something like "Click here for 50 Per Hour Fee" opposed to saying the full address as it comes up when I click the -

Copy the URL to share the form with others.

Any thoughts how to accomplish this?
