Webapp e-sign does not allow access to individual documents

Question

Hi All

Up until last week, I could send multiple docs for e-sign via the webapp. The docs would be merged into one, but I would then have the option to download the individual files after the e-signing has been completed. It seems like the that option is no longer available. Has anybody else been experiencing this issue?

Could you please let us know where exaclty you are looking for to download the signed document?

Share the steps you do and the screenshot of the window where the options is missing. We will get this checked with the team.
