Webhook doesnot fire

Hi,

I have setup the webhook event successfully with scope "Account". The thing is i have generated token with "Self" scope and in webhook event the scopes are only two: "Account" or, "group". I have setup the scope as "Account" but when I create/delete/cancel agreement I don't get any update in webhook event that I registered.
can you please correct me here?
